1 cup precooked shredded potatoes
1 shallot, chopped
1 teaspoon honey mustard
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon garlic salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
4 teaspoons mayonnaise
4 tilapia fillets
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 lemon, cut into wedges

Steps:

  • Combine shredded potatoes, shallot, honey mustard, red pepper flakes, garlic salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Spread each portion of fish with 1 teaspoons mayonnaise and top with 1/4 the potato mixture, pressing onto the fish.

1 cup potato chips
Fresh dill
Cayenne pepper
3 tilapia fillets
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 chopped turkey sausage
1 cup brown rice
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 white onion
5 cloves garlic
1 bell pepper
Pinch of saffron
1 can diced tomatoes
Fresh cilantro
Fresh marjoram
1 fresh jalapeno
1 tbsp. butter
Juice and zest of lemon
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 can corn
1 cup frozen fava beans
Black pepper

Heat butter in skillet with lemon juice and zest and mustard. Cook fish 5 minutes per side. Stir corn and fava beans into rice. Cook on low, covered, for 10 mins. Top with fish and black pepper.
