1 (2 pound) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of potato soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup milk
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped green bell pepper
½ cup chopped fresh parsley
paprika to taste
¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

2 eggs
1 ½ cups white sugar
¼ cup butter
⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup cornflakes cereal, crumbled
½ cup chopped pecans
¼ cup butter
3 tablespoons brown sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray one 2 quart casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
