4 medium boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
2 large onions, thinly sliced
1 tsp paprika
10 3/4 oz can condensed tomato soup
1/4 c water
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 c dairy sour cream
hot cooked egg noodles, for 4

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook until well browned on both sides. Remove from skillet. Reduce the heat to medium. Stir in onions and paprika and cook until the onions are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in the soup, water, pepper and sour cream and heat to a boil. Return the meat to the skillet.
