Number Of Ingredients 7

1 (20 ounce) package sea pak popcorn shrimp
1/2 head green leaf lettuce or 1/2 head romaine lettuce, chopped
1 granny smith apple, peeled and sliced
blue cheese, crumbled
walnuts
fresh ground black pepper
balsamic vinaigrette

Steps:

  • Prepare the shrimp according to package directions.
  • Divide lettuce among bowls. Add apple, blue cheese crumbles and walnuts.
  • Top salads with shrimp and drizzle with dressing.

  • Season the popcorn shrimp well. Use a variety of spices, such as salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Fry the popcorn shrimp until it is golden brown and crispy. Do not overcrowd the pan, or the shrimp will not cook evenly.
