Time 5m

Yield 1 drink

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 sugar cube
1 fluid ounce pomegranate juice
3 fluid ounces dry sparkling wine
Pomegranate seeds, optional

Steps:

  • Place a sugar cube in the bottom of a champagne flute. Pour the pomegranate juice over it, then the sparkling wine. Drop a few pomegranate seeds into the glass. Serve.
  • Yield: 1 drink

Tips:

  • Select the best champagne: Opt for a dry or brut champagne for a crisp and refreshing cocktail.
  • Chill your ingredients: Make sure your champagne, pomegranate juice, ginger syrup, and lemon twist are chilled before assembling the cocktail. This will enhance the flavors and create a refreshing drink.
  • Use fresh pomegranate juice: Freshly squeezed pomegranate juice provides the best flavor and vibrant color to the cocktail. If using store-bought juice, choose unsweetened and 100% pure pomegranate juice.
  • Make your own ginger syrup: Ginger syrup adds a unique and spicy touch to the cocktail. It's easy to make at home with fresh ginger, sugar, and water. Simply simmer the ingredients until the sugar dissolves and the syrup thickens.
  • Garnish with a lemon twist: A lemon twist adds a pop of citrus and freshness to the cocktail. Twist the lemon peel over the drink to release its aromatic oils.

The Pomegranate Ginger Champagne Cocktail is a delightful and refreshing drink that combines the vibrant flavors of pomegranate, ginger, and champagne.
