2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 lb ground round
1/2 cup dry red wine
1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
1 cup beef broth
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Steps:

  • Sauté onion and garlic in butter just until softened.
  • Add ground round and brown slowly, breaking up to a fine crumble.
  • Add wine and simmer for about 20 minutes until it is reduced by half.

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 onion, chopped
½ cup brown sugar
2 dashes hot pepper sauce
⅔ cup water

  • Place sausage in a large saucepan. Add water to cover and simmer over low heat for 1 hour. Drain, remove sausage and set aside.

½ cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced

1 lb ground beef
1 pkg kielbasa
2 Tbsp garlic powder
1 pinch salt
1 Tbsp italian seasoning
1 jar(s) favorite spaghetti sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Brown hamburger in pan with 1/2 tablespoon garlic, 1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning and salt.
  • 2. Drain hamburger of grease. Put in sauce pan.
  • 3. Add favorite sauce to hamburger add rest of garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook on medium heat till boils (not roaring),stirring constantly.
  • 4. Cut Kielbasa into small 2 bite size pieces, add to sauce. Continue to boil for 5 minutes than turn to simmer. Let simmer for 30 minutes.
