Time 35m

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 can(s) (12 ounces) refrigerated biscuits (10 biscuits)
1/2 lb ground beef
1 jar(s) (14 ounces) ragu pizza quick sauce
1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 ounces)

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 F. In muffin pan, evenly press 1 biscuit on bottom and up side of each cup; chill until to fill. In 10-inch skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat; drain. Stir in Ragu Pizza Quick Sauce and heat through. Evenly spoon beef mixture into prepared muffin cups. Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and biscuits are golden. Let stand 5 minutes. Gently remove pizza cups from muffin pan and serve.

Tips:

  • Use a variety of toppings: The beauty of pizza snack cups is that they can be customized with a wide variety of toppings. Get creative and use your favorite pizza toppings, such as pepperoni, sausage, bacon, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, or black olives.
  • Don't overcrowd the cups: When adding toppings, be sure not to overcrowd the cups. Too many toppings will make the cups difficult to eat and may cause them to fall apart.
  • Bake the cups until the cheese is melted and bubbly: The pizza snack cups are done baking when the cheese is melted and bubbly. This usually takes about 10-12 minutes.
  • Serve the cups immediately: The pizza snack cups are best served immediately after they are baked. This will ensure that the cups are hot and the cheese is melted.

Conclusion:

Pizza snack cups are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack. They are perfect for parties, potlucks, or game day gatherings. With a variety of toppings to choose from, pizza snack cups can be customized to suit everyone's taste. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy snack, give pizza snack cups a try!
