Tips:

  • Use a light hand when breading the fish. Too much breading will make the fish heavy and greasy.
  • Make sure the oil is hot enough before frying the fish. This will help to create a crispy crust and prevent the fish from sticking to the pan.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan when frying the fish. This will cause the oil temperature to drop and the fish will not cook evenly.
  • Fry the fish in batches if necessary. This will help to ensure that all of the fish is cooked evenly.
  • Serve the fish immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Conclusion:

Pistachio-crusted fried fish is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion. The crispy pistachio crust adds a unique flavor and texture to the fish, and the fish itself is flaky and tender. This dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
