Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. In a large bowl combine the Cool Whip and instant pudding mix. Add the drained pineapple. Refrigerate until the cake is cooled. Spread between the layers and frost the top and sides of the cake. Store the cake in the refrigerator.

- 1. Dump two large can of Mandarin orange into a yellow cake mix with one egg and 1/4 cup of oil or light oil. Bake temp per box. I would drain the Mandarin orange put one cup of water. I am a diabetic less sugar.
- 2. One tub of cool whip with box of vainlla pudding or sugar-free vanilla pudding and cn of pineapple or other fruit and drain. Mix together. Spread on cooled cake and KEEP IN THE REFRIGERED.
