GROUND PEPPERCORN BURGER
I love this burger, it is an adaptation of the burger served at Chili's. Blue cheese dressing, and fried onion strips make this a real treat.

Tips:
- Choose high-quality ground beef: For the best flavor and texture, use ground chuck or sirloin with a fat content of around 20%. This will ensure that your burgers are juicy and flavorful, without being too greasy.
- Keep the ingredients cold: Cold ingredients will help to prevent the burgers from shrinking and toughening during cooking. This means keeping the ground beef, eggs, and milk in the refrigerator until just before you're ready to use them.
- Don't overmix the meat: Overmixing the meat will make the burgers tough. Gently mix the ingredients together until just combined, then form into patties.
- Season your burgers well: Don't be shy with the seasonings! Salt, pepper, garlic, and onion are all essential for flavoring burgers. You can also add other spices, such as cumin, chili powder, or smoked paprika, to taste.
- Cook your burgers over medium heat: This will help to prevent them from burning on the outside while remaining raw on the inside. Cook the burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Let your burgers rest before serving: This will help the juices to redistribute throughout the burgers, making them more tender and flavorful. Let the burgers rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
Conclusion:
Peppercorn burgers are a delicious and easy-to-make meal that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. With just a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can create a burger that is sure to satisfy your cravings. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy meal, give these peppercorn burgers a try!
