Tips for Making Perfect Pecorino Crackers:
- Use high-quality ingredients. The better the ingredients, the better the crackers will be.
- Make sure the butter is cold before you start mixing the dough. This will help to create a flaky crust.
- Don't overwork the dough. Overworking the dough will make the crackers tough.
- Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before rolling it out. This will help to prevent the crackers from spreading too much in the oven.
- Use a sharp knife or pastry wheel to cut the dough into crackers. This will help to create clean, even edges.
- Bake the crackers until they are golden brown. Keep an eye on them so that they don't burn.
