Tips For Making Pecan Noodle Kugel:

  • Use fresh ingredients: Always opt for fresh ingredients whenever possible. Using low-quality ingredients will produce a subpar kugel.
  • Don't overcook the noodles: Overcooked noodles will become mushy, which is not ideal in a kugel. Cook the noodles according to the package directions, and stop cooking them once they are al dente.
  • Use a good quality cheese: The cheese is one of the key ingredients in pecan noodle kugel, so it's important to use a good quality cheese that melts well. Avoid using pre-shredded cheese, as it doesn't melt as well as freshly shredded cheese.
  • Don't be afraid to experiment: There are many different ways to make pecan noodle kugel, so don't be afraid to experiment with different ingredients and flavors. You can add chopped vegetables, different types of nuts, or even fruit.
