Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

1 Granny Smith apple (pealed)
1/4 red onion
1 cup crushed Pecans
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup choped chives (opt.)
1 1/4 cups vegetable oil (or corn, cannola, sunflower...)
2 tblsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup bourbon
garlic powder, salt, black pepper to taste
