REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BREAD
This is the very best banana bread I have ever tasted! I took the recipe from a foodie blog http://thehungrydudes.com/reeces-pieces-chocolate-chip-banana-bread and the only difference I made is that I couldn't find mini reese's pieces so I used their peanut butter chips instead.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line loaf pan with foil (makes clean up much easier).
- In a bowl combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar.
- Stir in eggs, vanilla, and mashed bananas until well blended.
- Stir chips into wet mixture.
- Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir by hand until it is mostly mixed. (This is important. Do not over-mix, or it will be dry and rubbery! It's ok to see flour spots here and there in the batter.).
- Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake in oven for about 45 minutes (I only have one loaf pan so cooking time might vary if cooking two loaves at once).
- Let bread cool for about 10 minutes, then remove from pan and let cool on wire rack.

PEANUT BUTTER & MILK CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BREAD
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a loaf pan and line the bottom with parchment paper. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Set aside. In a large bowl mash bananas and mix in brown sugar, peanut butter, yogurt, egg, and vegetable oil. Stir in flour mixture and then chocolate chips. Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick poked into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Tips:
- Use ripe bananas for a sweeter, more flavorful bread. The blacker the bananas, the better!
- If you don't have buttermilk, you can make it by adding 1 tablespoon of vinegar or lemon juice to a cup of regular milk and letting it sit for 5 minutes.
- Be sure to cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. This will help to incorporate air into the batter and make the bread light and airy.
- Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can make the bread tough.
- Bake the bread until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Overbaking will dry out the bread.
- Let the bread cool completely before slicing and serving. This will help prevent the bread from crumbling.
Conclusion:
Peanut Chip Banana Bread is a moist, flavorful bread that is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. It is also a great way to use up ripe bananas. This recipe is easy to follow and can be made in about an hour. The bread is made with simple ingredients that you probably already have on hand. So next time you have some ripe bananas, be sure to give this recipe a try!
