1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk

  • Cook until the bubbles that form on top begin to pop, before flipping, then cook a minute or so more.
  • Serve immediately topped with whipped butter& syrup.

Tips:

  • Use ripe bananas: Overripe bananas will give your pancakes a sweeter flavor and a more tender texture.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will make your pancakes tough. Just mix until the ingredients are combined.
  • Use a hot griddle: A hot griddle will help your pancakes cook evenly and prevent them from sticking.
  • Cook the pancakes over medium heat: Medium heat will help your pancakes cook through without burning them.
  • Flip the pancakes only once: Flipping the pancakes too often will make them tough. Flip them only once, when the edges are golden brown and bubbles are forming on the surface.
  • Serve the pancakes immediately: Pancakes are best served hot off the griddle. Top them with your favorite toppings, such as butter, syrup, fruit, or whipped cream.
