1-1/2 cups peanut butter
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup chopped peanuts
Apple slices

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add the peanut butter, confectioners' sugar and vanilla; beat until smooth. , Shape into a ball; roll in peanuts. Wrap in plastic. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with apples.

I love peanut butter so I wondered how it would taste in a chocolate chip cheese ball. Made it and took it to work and everyone loved it so I though I would post it.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
3/4 cup miniature chocolate chip
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup jiff chunky peanut butter
3/4 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese and butter until blended well.
  • Add remaining ingredients except pecans and mix with a spoon.
  • Chill and form a ball if you want.
  • I usually leave in a bowl and top with the pecans.
  • Serve with Honey Maid Honey sticks or Chocolate sticks.

1/2 c butter, softened
1/2 c light brown sugar
1/2 c peanut butter
1 pkg (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
3/4 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c mini reese's peanut butter cups, chopped
1/2 c reese's pieces

Steps:

  • 1. In a large bowl, beat the brown sugar and butter together until combined. Then add in the cream cheese and peanut butter and beat until combined. The beat in the powdered sugar and vanilla until combined.
  • 2. Stir in the chopped peanut butter cups.
  • 3. Place the mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap. Bring up all the corners of the plastic wrap and wrap into a ball. Freeze the ball for about 1 1/2 hours or until it is firm enough to keep its shape.
  • 4. Place the Reese's Pieces on a flat plate and roll the unwrapped cheese ball in the Reese's Pieces. Make sure to press the Reese's Pieces into the cheese ball until it is fully covered.
  • 5. Place the ball on a serving dish, cover with plastic wrap and freeze the cheese ball for another 2 hours or overnight. If frozen overnight, thaw for 20-30 minutes before serving. Serve with Vanilla Wafers, pretzels, graham crackers, fruit, or other cookies.

8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
1 c powdered sugar
3 Tbsp packed brown sugar
3/4 c milk chocolate chips
3/4 c cup peanut butter chips
graham cracker sticks, teddy grahams, and/or apple slices for dipping
3/4 c creamy peanut butter (not all-natural)

Steps:

  • 1. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter and brown sugar in large mixer bowl until blended
  • 2. Spoon onto a large piece of plastic wrap; bring up all four corners and twist tightly forming into a ball shape.
  • 3. Freeze for 1 hour 30 minutes or until firm enough to keep its shape. Place peanut butter and chocolate chips in flat dish. Remove plastic wrap from ball and roll ball into morsels to completely cover, pressing morsels into the ball if necessary.
