6 cups sugar
3 cups packed brown sugar
2 cups peanut butter
1 cup shortening
12 eggs
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
8 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons baking powder
2 teaspoons salt
Confectioners' sugar

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, in batches, cream the sugars, peanut butter and shortening until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. , Press into three greased 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until top is golden brown. cool. Dust with confectioners' sugar.

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips
4 tablespoons peanut butter

2 cups sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup water
1/2 cup 2% milk
FROSTING:
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup butter, softened
3-3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
5 to 6 tablespoons 2% milk
1 cup chopped unsalted peanuts

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (very finely crushed)
2 cups powdered sugar
11 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup milk chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Mix the crumbs and sugar (sifted is better).
  • Add the melted butter and peanut butter.
  • Mix well and press into a 9x13 inch pan.

3 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup salted butter, melted
1 (18 ounce) jar creamy peanut butter
12 ounces chocolate chips
1/2 cup salted butter
