PEANUT BUTTER-OATMEAL BROWNIES WITH PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING
The trick with these is not to overbake, throw in some chocolate or peanut butter baking chips if desired :) You could mix this by hand, but there is a lot of dough and it is quite thick so I recommend using a stand mixer to mix the batter, if you prefer a really sweet bar then increase the brown sugar to 1-1/4 cups.

Tips:
- If your natural peanut butter is too thick, microwave it for a few seconds until it's runny and easier to mix.
- If you don't have rolled oats, you can use quick oats. Just be sure to pulse them in a food processor or blender until they are the texture of flour.
- For a chewier brownie, use more rolled oats. For a fudgier brownie, use more peanut butter.
- Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can lead to tough brownies.
- Bake the brownies until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs attached.
- Let the brownies cool completely before cutting them. This will help them to hold their shape.
- Store the brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Conclusion:
These peanut butter and oat brownies are a delicious and healthy snack or dessert. They're easy to make and can be customized to your liking. So next time you're looking for a sweet treat, give these brownies a try!
