Time 10m

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 c whipping cream
2 - 8 oz softened, cream cheese
2/3 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 - 5 ripe, peeled and sliced fresh peaches
graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • 1. In a medium sized bowl, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • 2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add the sugar and vanilla extract and beat until thoroughly blended.
  • 3. Add about 1 cup of whipped cream and beat until combined.
  • 4. Now, fold in remaining whipped cream until all is incorporated. Refrigerate to chill.
  • 5. Once chilled, place peach slices over the top in whatever design you desire. Slice and serve. Refrigerate leftovers.

Tips:

  • Use ripe peaches: The riper the peaches, the sweeter and more flavorful your pie will be.
  • Peel the peaches: Peeling the peaches will give your pie a smoother texture.
  • Use a sharp knife: A sharp knife will make it easier to peel and slice the peaches.
  • Don't overcook the peaches: Overcooked peaches will become mushy and lose their flavor.
  • Use a pre-made pie crust: If you're short on time, you can use a pre-made pie crust.
  • Chill the pie before serving: Chilling the pie will help the filling to set and make it easier to slice.
