2 pounds fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
2 pounds fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole-wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup buttermilk
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Whisk cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a large bowl.
