Tips:
- For the best flavor, use ripe peaches. If your peaches are not ripe, you can speed up the ripening process by placing them in a paper bag with a banana. Do not use unripe peaches.
- If you don't have any farfel, you can substitute other types of pasta, such as egg noodles or macaroni.
- To make the dish even heartier, you can add some lean protein, such as cooked chicken or shrimp.
- For a sweeter dish, you can add some sugar or honey to the peaches before baking.
- Serve the peach farfel hot or cold. It's also delicious the next day, so it's a great make-ahead meal.
Conclusion:
Peach farfel is a sweet and savory dish that is perfect for a summer meal. It's easy to make and can be tailored to your own preferences. Whether you like it sweet or savory, hot or cold, peach farfel is a dish that you'll enjoy.
