Cabbage Caserole image

Number Of Ingredients 12

12 ounces Cabbage, shredded
3 Eggs
1/2 Onion chopped
1 Firm but ripe Tomato (diced)
1 Carrot (grated)
2 ounces Grated Fresh Parmesan
8 ounces Cream Cheese
8 ounces Mozzarella
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
2 ounces Chopped Parsley

Steps:

  • Mix cabbage, eggs, onion, tomatoes, grated carrot parsley, parmesan with cream cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Place mixture in a glass pie pan.
  • Sprinkle with oregano.
  • Cover with coarsely grated parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
