  • Fill a large pot of water, and turn on high. When the water begins to boil add the pasta.
  • Cook the pasta until it is halfway cooked. Drain water

1 head broccoli (Steamed and cooked)
1/2 lb cooked pasta shells
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms (Sauted in 1/2 stick of butter)
1 cup parmesan cheese
2 cups half-and-half, with just a little bit of
milk
8 ounces tomato sauce
salt and pepper
garlic powder

Steps:

  • Once the broccoli, noodles, and mushrooms have all been prepared, combine all ingredients into a 9x13 baking pan.
  • Cover the pan with foil.

This recipe serves 2, so feel free to double or triple it to feed your family. Serve as a main dish (as they do) with a Pasta House Salad on the side! It also makes a nice side dish to grilled chicken.

4 ounces uncooked large shell pasta
1 cup cream
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
salt and pepper
1/3 cup thinly sliced fresh button mushroom
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Cook pasta until half done (about 4 minutes); drain. Return pasta to the pot.

1 head Broccoli (steamed and cut into bite-sized pieces)
8 ounces fresh or one 8-ounce can sliced Mushrooms (sauteed in 1/2 stick of Butter)
1 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
2 cups Half and Half
8 ounces homemade or store-bought Tomato Sauce
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (to taste)
Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper (to taste)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Drain. Place in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add prepared broccoli, mushrooms Parmesan cheese, half and half tomato sauce and garlic powder. Mix well.

1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of broccoli soup
1 quart half-and-half
1 cup butter
1 -2 tablespoon garlic

1 (16 ounce) bag frozen broccoli (2 can be used)
1 lb shell noodles

1 jar alfredo sauce (regular or light, can use mix)
2 -3 teaspoons tomato sauce (or to taste)
1/2 lb sliced mushroom (optional)

24 ounces half-and-half cream
1/4 cup butter
1/2 lb small broccoli floret

3/4 lb fettuccine
1 pint half-and-half cream
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
3 teaspoons minced garlic
5 1/2 tablespoons butter
1 dash nutmeg
