1 pineapple (cut into small pieces)
4 cups red grapes (rinsed and pat dry)
1 quart fresh strawberries (washed, hulled, halved)
3 cups Berries (your favorite kind)
Any other fruit you enjoy or that is in season!

Steps:

  • Cut fruit into small pieces. Store each type of fruit separately, in ziplock bags. Place 1 or 2 pieces of folded paper towel in the bottom of the ziplock bags containing the really juicy fruits, like watermelon and pineapple. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 2 box vanilla pudding, cooked kind,small
2 box pudding, pistachio, cooked kind, small
1 can(s) pineapple tidbits, 20 oz.
1 can(s) fruit cocktail, in syrup, 16oz.
1 can(s) mandarin oranges, 11 oz.
1 jar(s) maraschino cherries,small
3 large bananas, sliced
1 tsp orange extract

Steps:

  • 1. Drain and reserve all juices of the fruits, Adding enough water to make 6 cups of liquid. In a large saucepan, Combine juices and pudding; mix well. Cook and stir until full boil is reached on medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in orange extract. Cool well. Add fruit [except for the bananas] and refrigerate. Add bananas just before serving. Mix well.
