Tips:

  • Use high-quality chocolate: The quality of the chocolate you use will have a big impact on the final flavor of your paradise bars. Use a high-quality semisweet or bittersweet chocolate for the best results.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will make the bars tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the bars until they are just set: Overbaking the bars will make them dry. Bake them until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs attached.
  • Let the bars cool completely before cutting them: This will help prevent them from crumbling.
  • Store the bars in an airtight container at room temperature: The bars will keep for up to 3 days.

Conclusion:

Paradise Bars are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion. They're made with a simple chocolate chip cookie dough that's topped with a layer of coconut and chopped nuts. The bars are then baked until golden brown and gooey. These bars are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
