Time 10m

Yield 1 Quart, 6-12 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 12

7/8 cup pasteurized egg (I use Egg Beaters)
1 1/8 ounces crushed garlic
3 1/2 ounces parmesan cheese
2 2/3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 1/2 ounces anchovies
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cups olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Blend all ingredients 20 seconds on high and then 20 seconds on low.
  • Makes 1 quart.

Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients. The fresher your ingredients, the better your dressing will taste. This is especially important for the anchovies, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Don't over-process the dressing. The dressing should be creamy and smooth, but not too thick. If you over-process it, it will become too thick and gloppy.
  • Adjust the flavors to your liking. The recipe is a starting point, so feel free to adjust the flavors to your own taste. If you like a more garlicky dressing, add more garlic. If you like a more cheesy dressing, add more Parmesan cheese.
  • Use the dressing right away or store it in the refrigerator for later use. The dressing will keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • Serve the dressing immediately over your favorite salad. The dressing is perfect for Caesar salad, but it can also be used on other types of salads, such as grilled chicken salad or Cobb salad.

Conclusion:

This Outback Steakhouse Caesar Salad Dressing recipe is a delicious and easy-to-make dressing that is perfect for any occasion. It is creamy, flavorful, and versatile. Whether you are making a Caesar salad, a grilled chicken salad, or a Cobb salad, this dressing will add a delicious touch of flavor.
