Two 2-inch pieces English cucumber, peeled

2 ounces vodka
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Steps:

  • Using a small melon baller or spoon, scoop two-thirds of the way down into one of the 2-inch pieces of cucumber, forming a cucumber shot glass. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Muddle the grape tomatoes, 4 of the basil leaves and remaining cucumber piece in a cocktail shaker until well crushed. 3 cups freshly-squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons Grand Marnier
6 to 8 ounces vodka, cold
Orange-flavored club soda, cold, to top
4 to 6 orange slices, for garnish

  • Combine the orange juice and sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Cook until reduced to 1 cup. Add the Grand Marnier and cook for 1 minute. One 2-inch strip orange peel
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
1 shot (1 1/2 ounces) best quality cinnamon vodka
1 teaspoon orange liquor, such as Triple Sec
Plain, cranberry or orange flavored tonic water

  • For the simple syrup: Bring the sugar and 1 cup water to a boil in a small saucepan. When the sugar is completely dissolved, remove the saucepan from the heat and cool the syrup to room temperature.
