2 egg whites
2 c pecan halves

1 c walnut halves
1 Tbsp orange zest
1/8 tsp salt

  • 1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Line a 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan with aluminum foil, extending foil over the edges. Melt butter in oven in foil lined pan.
