PINEAPPLE, ORANGE, MANGO, BANANA SMOOTHIE

Pineapple, Orange, Mango, Banana Smoothie image

I make this delkcious smoothie every single morning, and not only is it an extremely healthy way to start the day but it's also very quick & simple to make! The added protein powder replaces any high-calorie protein that you might normally have on the morning (eggs, bacon, sausage, etc) and it will help keep you full longer than if it were just a pure fruit smoothie. I buy the frozen pineapple and mango chunks from Costco, and each week I buy a bunch of ripe bananas and peel them, cut them in half and throw them in a bag in the freezer. Then it takes me less than 5 mins to make it in the morning. And this has also replaced my morning coffee habit of 2 cups a day because I add 1/8 tsp of caffeine powder to it as well.

ORANGE MANGO SMOOTHIE

Orange Mango Smoothie image

Simple, low Calorie, delicious and great for breakfast (or antime in my house). Sometimes I add a Soy supplement (powdered) to this recipe and it will make it a little thicker. This is hands down my favorite smoothie. My aunt doesnt like the texture of allot of different fruits so needless to say its not in her daily diet. She really enjoyed this smoothie and requested it several times while she stayed with me. Hope you enjoy!

Tips:

  • Choose ripe and juicy oranges and mangoes. This will ensure that your smoothie is flavorful and sweet.
  • Use frozen fruit for a thicker, creamier smoothie. You can also use fresh fruit, but your smoothie will be thinner.
  • Add a scoop of Greek yogurt or protein powder for a boost of protein. This will make your smoothie more filling and satisfying.
  • Adjust the amount of honey or maple syrup to taste. If you like your smoothie sweeter, add more sweetener. If you prefer a tart smoothie, use less sweetener.
  • Garnish your smoothie with fresh orange slices, mango chunks, or mint leaves. This will make your smoothie more visually appealing and refreshing.

Conclusion:

The orange mango smoothie is a delicious and refreshing way to start your day or cool down on a hot afternoon. It's packed with nutrients, including vitamin C, potassium, and fiber. It's also a good source of antioxidants, which can help protect your cells from damage. Whether you're looking for a quick and easy breakfast, a post-workout snack, or a healthy dessert, the orange mango smoothie is a great option.
