Tips:

  • Use fresh oranges for the best flavor. If you don't have fresh oranges, you can use 1 cup of orange juice concentrate thawed and diluted with 1 cup of water.
  • Don't overcook the gelatin. Overcooked gelatin will be tough and rubbery. Bring the gelatin mixture to a boil over medium heat, then remove from heat and let cool slightly before adding it to the orange juice mixture.
  • Let the gelatin mold chill for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving. This will give the gelatin time to set properly.
  • To unmold the gelatin salad, dip the mold quickly in hot water, then turn it upside down onto a serving plate. If the gelatin is still stuck to the mold, use a knife to loosen it around the edges.

Conclusion:

Orange jello mold is a classic dessert that is easy to make and always a hit. It's the perfect dessert for a potluck or picnic, and it's also a great way to use up leftover oranges. With its refreshing orange flavor and creamy texture, orange jello mold is a delicious and satisfying dessert that everyone will enjoy.
