Tips:
- Use ripe bananas: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your cereal bars will be.
- Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing will make the cereal bars tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Use a variety of cereals: You can use any type of cereal you like in these bars. Try using a combination of different cereals to create a unique flavor and texture.
- Add your favorite mix-ins: You can add any type of mix-ins you like to these bars. Some popular options include nuts, seeds, dried fruits, and chocolate chips.
- Don't overbake the bars: The bars are done baking when they are just set in the center. Overbaking will make them dry and crumbly.
