- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9-inch square pan.

OLD-FASHIONED GINGERBREAD

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8 by 8-inch cake pan and line with parchment paper. Grease and flour the pan.
- Place the rum and raisins in a small pan, cover and heat until the rum boils. Turn off the heat and set aside. - Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter and flour 9x9x2-inch metal baking pan. Using electric mixer, beat 1 cup sugar and butter in large bowl until blended. Beat in 3/4 cup molasses, then eggs 1 at a time.
