This recipe is from Hershey's. Yummy! I also made a glaze for them with 1 cup Powdered sugar and enough Butterscotch schnapps to spread on the cookies.

Tips:
- Use old-fashioned oats for a chewier cookie, or quick oats for a softer cookie. - If you want a crispier cookie, chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking. - Don't overmix the dough, as this will make the cookies tough. - If you don't have applesauce, you can substitute mashed banana or yogurt. - If you don't have cinnamon chips, you can substitute regular chocolate chips or raisins. - Be careful not to overbake the cookies, as they will continue to cook on the baking sheet after they are removed from the oven. Conclusion:
These oatmeal apple cinnamon chip cookies are a delicious and healthy snack or dessert. They are easy to make and can be enjoyed by people of all ages. With their combination of oats, apples, cinnamon, and chocolate chips, these cookies are sure to be a hit. Be sure to store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
