1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 cup applesauce
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest

Steps:

⅓ cup shortening

  • Soak oats and buttermilk in a bowl for at least 1 hour, to overnight.
