- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8 X 8 pan with parchment paper. Spray with cooking spray. Set aside
- 2. Melt butter and chocolate chips together in the microwave. Pour into mixing bowl. Add cocoa and mix until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add sugars and beat in well. Add vanilla and coffee and mix well.
- 3. Sift together almond flour, coconut flour and salt. Stir into cocoa mixture by hand. DO NOT USE A MIXER!
