NO- BAKE CHEWY COOKIES AND CREAM BARS
I found this recipe on picky-palate.com. It's similar to rice krispy treats, but uses oreo cookies instead. The yield said 9 large bars, but I cut mine small, because they are rich.

Steps:
- 1. Place Oreos in food processor and pulse until ground. Melt marshmallows and butter in microwave until puffed, about 1 1/2- 2 minutes. Remove and pour in ground Oreo Cookies. Stir to combine then transfer to a foil lined 8×8 inch baking pan. Let set up for 10 minutes. Remove bars out of pan with edges of foil and cut into squares.
- 2. I used my perfect brownie pan for these too. Sprayed the entire pan with cooking spray then patted mix evenly into the pan and added the divider. Once bars set for about 20 minutes i pushed pan down on the stand and removed the divider. Perfect sized bars!
Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients to ensure the best flavor and texture.
- Make sure the cream cheese and butter are softened to room temperature before mixing. This will help them blend together smoothly.
- If you don't have a 9x13 inch pan, you can use a smaller one and adjust the baking time accordingly.
- For a thicker bar, use more graham cracker crumbs in the crust.
- For a more gooey bar, use less cream cheese in the filling.
- If you want a chocolatey bar, add some chocolate chips to the filling.
- For a fun twist, try using different flavors of cookies and cream ice cream.
Conclusion:
No-bake Chewy Cookies and Cream Bars are an easy and delicious dessert that is perfect for any occasion. They are made with a simple graham cracker crust, a creamy cookies and cream filling, and a chocolate ganache topping. These bars are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them!
