1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/4 cup milk

3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk, butter and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in blueberries., Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake at 400° for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. ⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 egg
⅓ cup milk, or more as needed
1 cup fresh blueberries

⅓ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup butter, cubed
1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with muffin liners.

1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup margarine
1 large egg
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries (or frozen)

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 cup whole wheat flour, sugar, undissolved yeast, and salt.
