3 pounds baby red potatoes, well washed and scrubbed
8 large garlic cloves, peeled
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons roughly chopped rosemary leaves
Pinch red pepper flakes
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

6 medium red potatoes
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup margarine, plus
2 tablespoons margarine
1 1/2 cups sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
