1 package dry yeast
1 to 1 1/4 cups milk
3 eggs
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
4 1/2 cups flour
6 ounces butter, room temperature
1/2 pound melted butter
1 (9-inch) ring mold

1 package active dry yeast
1 cup lukewarm milk (110 to 115 degrees)
3 large eggs
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
4 ounces melted butter
