¾ cup white sugar
1 tablespoon ground cardamom
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon rose water
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon water
½ cup walnut pieces for decoration

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the ground walnuts, 3 egg yolks, sugar, cardamom, baking soda and rose water until well blended.
