1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 ounce) can enchilada sauce
1 (4 ounce) can green chili peppers
1 lb hamburger meat
1 cup frozen chopped onions
1 cup Kraft Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
1 (11 1/2 ounce) bag Doritos

Steps:

  • Simmer soups, sauce and green chili peppers.
  • Brown hamburger meat and onions then add to soup mixture.
  • Place Doritos in casserole dish and pour soup & meat mixture on top.
  • Then top off with the cheese.
  • Bake in 350 Degree oven for 35 minutes or until cheese starts to brown.

2 pounds ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can enchilada sauce
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 small jar taco sauce
1 can Ro*Tel
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
1 large bag Doritos chips
2 pkgs (8 oz. each) grated cheese

Steps:

  • Brown hamburger with onion and drain grease. Then add all canned/jarred products and mix over medium heat on top of stove until it bubbles.
  • In a casserole dish crush Doritos chips in the bottom, pour meat mixture over, and top with grated cheese.
  • Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese bubbles. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes. Serve with chips and salad.
