Nutrition Facts : Calories 324 g, Fat 23 g, Fiber 5 g, Protein 16 g

Tips:

  • Select ripe, firm tomatoes: Choose tomatoes that are free of blemishes and have a deep red color. Avoid tomatoes that are too soft or have green shoulders.
  • Use fresh spinach: Baby spinach is the best choice for this recipe, as it has a delicate flavor and wilts quickly. You can also use regular spinach, but be sure to chop it finely.
  • Don't overcook the spinach: Spinach wilts quickly, so be careful not to overcook it. Cook it just until it is wilted and tender, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Use a variety of cheeses: This recipe calls for a combination of mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. You can also use other types of cheeses, such as cheddar, Gruyère, or Asiago.
  • Serve immediately: This dish is best served immediately, while the tomatoes are still warm and the cheese is melted.

Conclusion:

These MS BS Spinach-Topped Tomatoes are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or side dish. They are perfect for a summer party or potluck. With a few simple ingredients, you can create a dish that is both flavorful and visually appealing. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy recipe, give these tomatoes a try.
