4 ounces spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
1 large egg
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 can (2.8 ounces) french-fried onions, divided

Steps:

  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, beat egg. Add sour cream, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Drain spaghetti; add to egg mixture with Monterey Jack cheese, spinach and half of the onions. Pour into a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until heated though. 4 ounces spaghetti, broken into pieces
1 egg
1 cup sour cream
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
⅛ teaspoon crushed garlic
3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
½ (6 ounce) can French fried onions

Steps:

  • In a large pot with boiling salted water cook spaghetti until al dente. Drain.
  • In a large bowl mix together the sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. After beating the egg in a small bowl, transfer to the large bowl and blend together. Transfer to a greased slow cooker.
  • Mix cooked and drained spaghetti, 2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese, thawed spinach, and half of the French fried onions to the slow cooker. Stir contents of slow cooker until just blended.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high heat for 3 to 4 hours.

8 oz spaghetti, broken into 2 inch pieces
2 eggs
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 tsp garlic powder
4 c shredded monteray jack cheese
2 pkg ( 10 oz ) frozen, chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1 large can can of durkee french fried onion rings, divided

Steps:

  • 1. Cook spaghetti to pkg directions
  • 2. In a medium bowl, beat eggs, add sour cream, Parmesan cheese & garlic powder.
  • 3. Drain spaghetti & add to egg mixture w/ Monterey Jack cheese, spinach & 1/2 the onions
  • 4. Put in greased 2 qt. casserole & bake @ 350 degrees for 45 mins, covered. Last 5 minutes, add the remaining onions & enjoy
