3 tablespoons sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons baking cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons 2% milk
1-1/2 teaspoons butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
TOPPING:
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons baking cocoa
3 tablespoons hot brewed coffee
1 tablespoon hot water
Whipped topping, optional

  • In a small bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir in the milk, butter and vanilla until smooth.
