Steps:
- 1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Cover and process on high speed until the mixture is well-blended and smooth. Steps:
- 1. Mix all of the ingredients in al food processor or blender. Cover and process on high speed til mixture is well blended and smooth.
- 2. Serve the cordial at once over cracked ice or ice cubes, or transfer the mixture to a tightly covered container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Stir just before serving. Makes 3 cups.
- 3. Note: My recipes says 1 cup sweetened condensed milk, but then it says "14 oz", so I don't know which is which. I think I'd start with the 1 cup and if it needs more, then add the rest of the can.
Tips:
- Use high-quality coffee beans for the best flavor. Freshly ground beans are ideal.
- Don't skimp on the chocolate. Use a good quality semisweet or bittersweet chocolate for a rich, decadent flavor.
- Be patient when infusing the vodka with the coffee and chocolate. The longer you infuse it, the better the flavor will be.
- Strain the liqueur through a fine-mesh sieve before bottling it to remove any solids.
- Store the liqueur in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months.
Conclusion:
Mocha cream liqueur is a delicious and versatile drink that can be enjoyed on its own, used in cocktails, or added to desserts. It's a great way to use up leftover coffee and chocolate, and it makes a thoughtful gift for coffee lovers. With just a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can easily make your own mocha cream liqueur at home. So what are you waiting for? Give it a try today!
