Provided by Sydney Mike

Categories     Smoothies

Time 3m

Yield 2 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/2 cup strawberry, frozen
1/2 cup papaya, diced
1/2 cup cantaloupe, diced
1 cup orange juice
1 cup yogurt, fruit-flavored

Steps:

  • Put ingredients into a blender & puree until smooth.
  • Pour into 2 glasses & ENJOY!

Tips:

  • Choose ripe fruits. Overripe fruits will make your smoothie too sweet, while unripe fruits will be sour and tart. Aim for fruits that are at their peak of ripeness.
  • Use a variety of fruits. The more variety of fruits you use, the more complex and delicious your smoothie will be. Try using a mix of sweet fruits, tart fruits, and leafy greens. Be bold with fruit combinations and don't be afraid to experiment.
  • Add some yogurt or milk. Yogurt or milk will add creaminess and protein to your smoothie. If you're using milk, use unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk for a healthier option.
  • Sweeten your smoothie naturally. If you need to sweeten your smoothie, use honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar instead of refined sugar. These natural sweeteners are healthier and will give your smoothie a more subtle sweetness.
  • Add some healthy extras. You can add a variety of healthy extras to your smoothie, such as chia seeds, flaxseeds, protein powder, or greens powder. These extras will boost the nutritional value of your smoothie and make it more filling.

Conclusion:

Mixed fruit smoothies are a delicious and nutritious way to start your day or refuel after a workout. They are easy to make and can be customized to your liking. By following these tips, you can make the perfect mixed fruit smoothie every time.
