Tips:
- Make sure your dates are pitted and chopped finely. This will help them blend better with the other ingredients and create a smoother dough.
- If you don't have coconut flakes on hand, you can substitute chopped walnuts or pecans.
- Be careful not to overmix the dough. Overmixing will make the dough tough.
- Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before shaping the snowballs. This will help them hold their shape better.
- If the dough is too sticky to handle, you can add a little more flour.
- Don't be afraid to get creative with your toppings. You can use a variety of different nuts, seeds, and spices to add flavor and texture to the snowballs.
Conclusion:
Mini date nut snowballs are a delicious and festive treat that are perfect for any occasion. They're easy to make and can be customized to your liking. So next time you're looking for a sweet and satisfying snack, give these mini date nut snowballs a try. You won't be disappointed!
