2 tablespoons olive oil

3 onions, sliced
2 pounds Idaho or Yukon gold potatoes, unpeeled

1 cup whole milk
1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

1 onion
oil or butter
2/3 cup nonfat milk, warmed
