½ cup white sugar
1 cup buttermilk baking mix
½ cup white sugar
½ cup milk

1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup milk
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C). Place butter or margarine in a 9x13 inch baking dish and set on oven rack to melt.

  • In microwavable mug, mix fruit and 1 tablespoon of the sugar.
