I put this together quickly when DH was having one of his chocci attacks. I am not much of a chocolate eater but I have to say I had to have some of this and it actually tops any chocolate sauce I have ever had and so fast!! It was a hit with my chocolate loving DH and hopefully it will be with you too.

Tips:

  • Use good quality chocolate. This will make a big difference in the taste of your sauce.
  • Don't overheat the sauce. If you cook it too long, it will become thick and gloppy. Cook it just until it is melted and smooth.
  • Add a little bit of salt. This will help to balance out the sweetness of the sauce.
  • Experiment with different flavors. You can add things like peanut butter, caramel sauce, or chopped nuts to your sauce to create a unique flavor.
  • Serve the sauce warm. This will help to keep it smooth and creamy.

Conclusion:

Mars bar sauce is a delicious and versatile sauce that can be used in a variety of desserts. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste. Whether you use it as a topping for ice cream, a filling for cakes and pies, or a dip for fruit, Mars bar sauce is sure to be a hit.
